Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
We do our best to fulfill orders in 1-3 business days. We are not in our studio on weekends, but will diligently work to fulfill any weekend orders upon our return. Please note: federal holidays may impact fulfillment & delivery times.
We ship all products from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will receive an email with tracking information from our website directly to your inbox (and sometimes your junk/spam or "promotions" folders). Your items will be shipped via standard shipping. Priority shipping options available upon request (email us at orders@arteryink.com to request options).
If you ordered a pre-order item:
"Pre-order "means that the shirt or item you are ordering is NOT IN STOCK at the moment. Please reference the specific estimated ship dates within each product description to know when your purchase will be shipped or delivered. Pre-orders usually ship within 4 weeks after the order has CLOSED. The start and end dates of each item will be listed in the product details on your team's custom listing.
What if I used a group order code?
A group order code is most commonly used for group pre-orders. When used with a pre-order, the code helps us identify your group’s orders to ensure proper delivery. All orders using your code will be shipped/delivered in one box to our group organizer, but packaged individually. Please check in with your group organizer to retrieve your order or learn more about the estimated ship dates.
If no code is entered your order will be shipped to the address you provided (and will not be included with the group).
My Tracking Information Says "Delivered" BUT It Is Not In My Mailbox?
We are so sorry if you received a "delivered" notification from the carrier, but do not see your package in your mailbox. In speaking with the external carriers we rely on (USPS & UPS), they have stated that customers can receive this message in error when a package is scanned early. Typically customers receive the package within a few business days from that notification. This is especially common if you receive a notification on a weekend or holiday. Holidays, pandemics and weekends may impact delivery speeds.
We recommend the following:
- Waiting 2-5 business days to see if your package arrives.
- Submitting your information to the carrier's online inquiry page (USPS packages HERE)
- Emailing us at orders@arteryink.com to explore options if 5 business days have passed without the package arriving
International Shipping Information
We ship across the globe - fulfilling orders from Milwaukee to Sydney, Australia! There may be custom's costs that are not included in the item price or the international shipping costs. These costs are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office for more information. We recommend ordering in a group to reduce shipping and custom's costs.
We do not ship international orders as partial orders, if you ordered a pre-order item and an in-stock item they will ship together when the pre-order is ready.
